At Vitalessence we respect your privacy and manage your information according to the Privacy Act 1988.

Your personal information and medical history is kept strictly private and confidential. It will only be viewed by the practitioner treating you. Your medical records will be kept secure for a minimum of 7 years as outlined in the AACMA Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.

In order to provide you with the most effective treatment plan, there may be times when your medical history may be discussed with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners. This will only be with your informed consent.

At no time will your information will be accessed by any third party.
