Tarryn has worked in the Health and Well-being industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about empowering and supporting others to improve their health holistically. Tarryn has qualifications and years of experience in; Massage Therapist, Personal Training, Yoga Instructor and Kinesiologist.
Developing ‘Self Awareness’ and enhancing ‘Self Care’ is her main focus for healing on all levels; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She believes when we nurture all parts of our being, we naturally feel; healthier, happier and “lighter”…. and this positive energy flows out and affects others in our lives as well.

What style of Yoga is it?
Depending on your individual goals and preferences, the style of Yoga is varied. The classes are based on a general Hatha Yoga style, which has a mix of gentle flowing poses and holding poses.
Do I have to be flexible to do Yoga?
You do not need to be flexible to do Yoga. The benefit of doing regular yoga is that it helps you to become more flexible. Poses (stretches) are adjusted to suit the level of flexibility & strength of each individual.
What 's involved in a S&S Session?
Depending on your individual goals and preferences, these sessions can include any of the following combinations;
- Pilates and functional exercises
- Fitball and dumbbell exercises
- Yoga stretches and breathing practices
- Nutritional guidance and support
How often should I do these Sessions?
Weekly sessions are recommended, however you may prefer to have fortnightly or monthly sessions. In most cases you’ll have a program to follow in between your sessions, this creates self responsibility and self empowerment.
In the follow-up sessions with Tarryn, your program will be discussed and revised depending on your progress and preferences. This strategy is a great way to help keep you focused, accountable and motivated towards creating positive changes in yourself and your life!
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions can take place either;
- In person at Vitalessence Clinic (493 Centre Rd, Bentleigh, Vic).
- At your home – via Zoom or Facebook Messenger Video Call
Options can be discussed further, either by phone or e-mail.
What happens in the First Session?
In the first session we will have a chat about; your health history, what your goals/intentions are and to create a plan together to achieve this out-come. This initial session also generally includes physical movement and exercise to access your current level & abilities.
Do I need to have any equipment?
If you choose to have your sessions at the Clinic, any exercise equipment you may need will be supplied. If you choose to do Video Call home sessions, some basic exercise equipment is recommended (such as a Fitball), but is not essential.
